However, by submitting User Content to the Site, you grant Walton International Business Group LLC and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform and across our official promotional channels. You also confirm that your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

5. Merchandise Store and Fan Club Subscriptions

  • Purchases & Availability: All physical merchandise and digital subscriptions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items at any time without notice.
  • Shipping Limitations: We strive to process orders promptly. However, shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or international shipping restrictions.
  • Refunds and Returns: Physical merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost. Fan club subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
  • Fan Club Subscriptions: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle. You must cancel before the renewal date via your account settings to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

6. Termination of Use
